WOW sooo bad is your service and business practice. I bought a contract on 9/02/2022, and as per YOUR contract it was activated on that date, SURPRISE.. it is NOT, and when I queried it I was told that it needed to be Rica'd a week later I was told it needed to be unblocked when I called your call centre at 21H45 my call was not answered, but your call centre closes at 22H00, how else am I supposed to enable my contract the store says I need to call the call centre. WILL SOMEONE CALL ME SINCE I DONT FEEL YOU ARE BEING FAIR TO ME THE CUSTOMER
