********* enrichment behavior on Mtn. By taking customers data and not giving valid reasons. Lodged several complaints with them which was just closed with no attempt to assist.
I need a detailed explanation why 800mb was taken from phone for less than 1 min on Monday 25.03.2019 morning. Spoke to Tsoanelo Nquche ref ********** 37 And Lungila Vilakazi and several other staff. With no joy.
I tried to get URL report 02.05.2018 Call and sms 1555 / *180*87243# / ********** 867 Ntombi Xaba 4x *********** MTN staff gave different information on how to get a URL report so i can investigate. I say *********** because there is no consistency.

Mtn took 500mb on Saturday and i left it. On Monday 25-3-2019 when Mtn took 1gb that’s when I started questioning this and NO competent staff member at Mtn can give me a detailed explanation why and how. 1 April I did more transactions hotspot and downloaded images and only +-50mb was taken. Email in this regard was emailed to you.
