MTN - my cellphone number is ***. i have your app downloaded on my phone in order to view my account which every month shows i have to pay R488, with VAT its R 583. But you deduct from my account, every month a different amount!! Sept you took R745, Oct you took R885!! what is going on! I want my money back, and a proper account from you. You mislead your customers!! and your so called app also gives incorrect detail!! I am done with you!! i need an Afrikaans speaking person phoning me, it is my right as a citizen of this country to be served in my native langue. I need this resolved. i will take you to the highest entity to sort this out! NOW!!!!!!!!! i have bee a client of yours for many many years, yet you treat us like this. Query upon query, to no avail!!! automated messaged that case will be resolved means nothing, just no response!!
