********* conduct by sales representative

I went to the MTN store (White house) on Nelson Mandela Drive on 06/08/2015 to apply for a new handset contract. Firstly the Sales Rep, Magauta Chakalane, who was busy face booking would not even bother explaining the terms and conditions of the contract and kept rushing me, saying \Just sign""; It was quite clear that she was not trained properly and could not provide me to answers for even the most basic questions.
I know my rights as a consumer; and what happened there was ******* an in contravention with the obligations of suppliers in terms of the CPA. As a customer;i have the responsibility to try and read and understand my cellular contract before I sign it and she as a legal representative of MTN has no right to pressure me to sign it and refused to commit to giving a copy once i had finished signing the contract.

I will be contacting the Department of Trade and Industry's National Consumer Commission and laying an official complaint."""
