********* business behavior by MTN SA

My name is Lerato Skosana I signed up for a cellphone contract with MTN SA the 24 month contractual obligation ended 15 August and I notified MTN via email 15 September was supposed to be my last debit order date but it's not the case my account is being debited and this is unacceptable and *********. I have lost count of emails and calls I made to MTN. I went to the Ghandi square MTN outlet where they logged a call for me and that did not help and I went to Vereeniging MTN outlet where i signed up the contract they did not even bother to check on their system and I was informed there is nothing that they can do becuase they don't do cancelation of contracts.
