My complaint is about this stupid contract subs that mtn decided they are going to increase, why o why do you sign a contract for 24 months on if they are allowed to change the fee of that contract as they want? This is unacceptable and *********, now i know why mtn workers are striking, no matter my contract is almost up and then buy buy mtn

According to our records, there was an upgrade done at one of our stores and this increased your monthly subscription fees. Should you still dispute this, please visit the store where the upgrade was processed with a copy of the contract so that this can be investigated and resolved.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
