On the 19th of May I opted for a Work From Home My MTN choice contract with MTN. On the adverti*****t, it mentions that I would receive 40GB anytime data and 80GB night data every month for R299. For the past three months I have been getting less than I pay for and for more than I am supposed to pay for. MTN has been giving me 10GB or 39GB every month for R329. When I contact them they keep on making empty promises, some also leave me on the line for hours with no answer, some tell me that the system is offline. I am not happy with the service I am getting from this so called great service provider and they do not take their customers seriously.
