Uneducated, no service , rude and a bunch of people who dont care

You guys are honestly a Joke and i know from me leaving this review nothing will come from it thats how you as MTN deal with matters no service , uneducated staff and rude staff no womder you guys are loosing clients at a rapid pace. Last week you told me i was approved on a Samsung S22 contract. Go back to your call with your staff and listen today i called to follow up if the device has been shipped and then your lovely uneducated staff member tells me Sorry we had a technical issue on the system i must apply again ??????????????????

So you did a credit report knocked me on my score for a device that was not even delivered so please send me a form stating you guys did not provide me with a service your systems are up to **** i want to dispute this with NCR.

And then ill take it to enquire of competition board aswell
