15 May 2015, 16:07Hello mrs kay,
Thank you for posting.
Please accept our apologies for the delayed response and for any inconvenience caused due to the unsatisfactory service received from one of our touch points.
Our records indicate that you were advised that you were charged the handset claw back fee as you moved from MTN ANYTIME TO UP 100 to a MTN ANYTIME TOP UP 50. A handset claw back fee is the difference that remains on the handset for the previous package prior the migration.
The debit order for R987.97 returned unpaid it was then forwarded to the next invoice for March which was R167.99 for both lines and the debit order for these amounted to R1164.36 as we bill you a month in arrears.
Regards,
Nomonde.
