Under staffed/lazy staff
MTN Sandon City. One staff member helping customers while the rest stand around and do nothing. 2 hour wait for service. The only time the queue shortens is when people give up and walk out.

Thanks for your reply.
I took my sister, who is in a wheel chair, into the store to upgrade her contract. As it turns out when we were eventually helped her contract price would increase more than she was willing to pay, so we waited all that time for nothing. On another note, we were finally assisted at a counter tall enough that a short able bodied person would have trouble being seen or communicating. This encounter was really a nightmare. Needless to say I won't be going back to MTN Sandton City.
