Undelivered parcel

I ordered MTN WIFI router on the 30 of march 2026 because I saw on their website that they deliver within 3 working days till to date I have not received my router I have been sending emails to them telling them that I did not receive my router they send me the email saying I should contact DSV I contacted DSV and the lady from DSV told me they are going to deliver on Wednesday I told the lady that Wednesday I will be going back to work they can deliver on Tuesday since I will still be at home the lady from DSV refused and told me that they can’t make that exception I told the lady to return my parcel back to MTN I will collect it from my nearest MTN I even send the email to MTN regarding this I have not received any communication whatsoever from MTN and they take forever to respond to the emails yoh I am very disappointed and frustrated 😩
