UNDELIVERED NEW CELLPHONE

On 30 August 2022 I was contacted by Summer Mobile (an agency for MTN) attention Mizz Leeann Jansen and offered & sold a new cellphone contact, which involved a brand new cellphone I.e. Samsung A53 (black) with a MegaTalk Large Contract

This month I have noticed that my new Contact has been activated, that is MegaTalk Large for which I received 700 minutes plus 5GB data

Here is my problem; I am yet to receive my new cellphone from DSV-Couriers. MTN could you please explain why my new cellphone is not forthcoming??? WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, BUT MY NEW CONTRACT HAS BEEN ACTIVATED????

MTN please explain and please correct urgently!!!!
