Undelivered laptop

It's not the first time I submit this complaint about the same laptop. I have pasted a conversation from the previous review. Nothing was resolved! The local Savannah Polokwane branch arranged withave MTN insurance for it to be collected by courier. The laptop was collected from my home. Attached are the courier documents including my laptop imei and other details. MTN....will I ever get mylaptop back? MTN took my laptop for repairs February 2016 (sent courier to collect it from myhouse) never returned it. When called they don't respond even if called by the local branch!
