Undelivered device

I ordered an additional device on my contract. The courier was supposed to deliver yesterday (24 January 2022) between 11am and 1pm. I later received a message around 3 that the driver was on his way but I didn't get my parcel. I tried rescheduling the delivery by calling DSV but I was told to call MTN, which also failed to assist me as they kept transferring me to different departments. What do I do to resolve such an issue because I need my device delivered?
