UNDELIVERED CELLPHONE

I app**** online for an Mtn cellphone contract last year on 21 November 2020 to be exact (Ref No: ***5). I received a call from an Mtn consultant confirming approval of my contract and further promised that the cellphone including a Samsung Galaxy watch would be delivered within 10 days. To date, nothing has been delivered. I have made several calls and sent emails with no success. Every time I call, they send me from pillar to post, they even asked me to call the DSV courier company (011 - ***). Every time I called this company, I was told that Mtn was yet to deliver the parcel to them so that it can be dispatched to me. I must say that Mtn customer service is very poor. All I want is for the cellphone to be delivered to me. This cellphone was meant to be a surprise for my wife during our wedding on 5 December 2020 but Mtn spoiled my surprise.

Please help.
