UNDELIVERABLED NEW CELLPHONE!!!!

I upgraded my MTN contract through an agency of MTN telephonically. MTN has already activated my new 24-months contact - I received month-1 talktime and data on my new contract already But here is my MAJOR issue!!!! - I am yet to receive my new cellphone via MTN's courier services called DSV-Couriers It has been a month now and I am still waiting to receive my new Samsung A53 cellphone!!!!
