UNCONTACTABLE LEGAL DEPT
My account was incorrectly assigned as a legal account and **** dormant for over a year until I tried to open a new contract. This was denied because my account was never actually closed and was sent to legal despite being fully paid up! No one can help on the call center and the legal department are not allowed to be contacted ! I am helpless!
