Uncontactable
I need to upgrade my handset and have tried accessing it on the MTN Direct website for 2 days now and it is not working. So this morning I have tried to contact 4 stores to determine if they have stock. So far, not a single one of them has answered their phones despite allowing it to ring for several minutes. basically at this stage it is impossible to contact anyone without going into a store. This, mind you, I tried last week and all the stores I went into (5 stores) did not have stock of their advertised handset. I cannot simply drive around visiting them all again just to see if they have stock..
