Unclear how much MTN charges for sharecall and uncontactable by email

I'm unable to contact MTN by email. Hence 1 star but that's not why I'm writing this review.

Does MTN charge extra to dial sharecalls and if so why?

Why charge extra especially as the recipient of the call is subsidising the cost of the call?

Why hasn't MTN updated it's infrastructure to bill sharecalls correctly?
