Unclear charges on my MTN contract

Ref: *** I have renewed my package in Dec 2021. 1) I have been told that I am to incur a 5% increase 2) MTN are rather increasing the premium to 10% as they say my monthly charge was discounted. 3) I asked to escalate and MTN said that it would take 3 days to do so.
