Uncharged debt order

I'm so cross !!! got my MTN account yesterday only to notice that the April debtor order never went off. Called MTn call centre only to be told by the agent that yes they never submitted the debt order for April so they will be double deducting in MAY !!! What the hell ??? The call centre agent was so unhelpful with coming up with a suitable solution and plainly told me that it's either their way or I can go off debt order and make payment arrangements with them!!! Hold on so I have to carry a BAD payment record because MTN messed up !!!<br> <br> Come on MTN !!! This sounds to me like a case for the ombudsman !!!
