Uncer*****y about my account

I received a very ***** sms from MTN telling me about my order that has been placed and I never ordered anything from MTN!!!!! I then tried to call the call center and the lady by the name of Busisiwe Shongwe who was supposed to assist me, she was so rude and demanded personal answers which I felt very uncomfortable answering them. She then put the phone down when I started interrogating her about how anxious I am to answer all those questions.
