I had an account with Mtn and lately I lost a job and my account was almost paid off,now that I called them to pay off my debt with them they told that my Acc is handed over to Dccm of which they ain't know is from where....they gave me the numbe ********** 600 and ********** 600 to call and none of this numbers is working,I then called again after I spoke to Lerato and they gave me VVM attorneys number of which vvm said they don't have my account...lately I have been receiving SMSes from Shapiro Shaik Defries and associates that I am owing 11599.55 yet Lerato said my account was handed over to Dccm at 1167.60..what's insane is why does mtn render great customer services and why don't they provide sufficient information to customers because I really cannot owe them 11599.55 rands unless they don't their story...
