Uncaring to their customers MTN

As I'm writing this review I'm on hold for 30mins from MTN there's not a relevant department for matter...I ordered a device made deal with them and paid this is my second review for MTN the don't care about the damage/loss I've been transferred to department to department with no help at all...my parcel was delivered to an incorrect person on the 28/09/2023 by DSV courier which works hand in hand with MTN so my order is in wrong hands which I've paid and waited...so MTN and DSV is still escalating the matter from 02/***3 till to date no response no communication from them
