Uncapped was capped after all

Mtn Sky, unlimited calls, sms and data. That's what they say in the ads. My data usage is high due to streaming video for work seminars. No land based uncapped adsl can be installed at my residence so this seemed like a viable alternative. I migrated to this package but to my dismay after x amount of data they turn the speed down to 384kbs! Wow, I've not heard of that kind of slow Internet since GPRS was invented in the early 2000's. It's so slow I cannot stream any form of video or download attachments on emails. Takes ages. I'm disappointed in MTN. I understand turning down the speed but do it to a respectable rate. This is unacceptable. I had to buy a prepaid sim and load data on there just to get the job done. I want my previous package reinstated and I will rather go to Telkom for a better true uncapped mobile Internet solution. At least I know what they say is what you get. MTN should be ashamed for laying to their clients.
