Uncapped mtn home wifi

I have been sent frm pillar to post, with no luck since yesterday. I hav mtn month 2 month home wifi. I paid a outstanding bill yesterday 2 August 2025 Westgate mtn the lady tht assisted me said I dnt need to pay anything extra inorder for my connection to be on again. Got home it was still off. Called the customer care no assistance, went to Cresta mtn still no luck. Next payment is due 2mrw. I work frm home n urgently need to be contacted, I need a salution ASAP.
