Uncapped data bundle cant be used

Purchased an uncapped daily bundle from mtn and cannot use it as it is too slow. Have only been able to use 1gb, which is unacceptable as i payed for uncapped. I specifically purchased it so that i can get office on my computer so that i can work, but i habe only been able to download 75mb in 12 hours so i will not be able to work so i am losing money. I will not be using your service anymore and will be swopping to another network as well. This is just the last straw as signal drops, network mallfunctions have become the norm. Really terrible service
