Uncapped but cant connect!!!
<p>I have signed up for an uncapped data plan with MTN. Everything was great in the beginning, but for the past few months I am unable to even connect to the internet! Apparenty it is being throttled. But my question is, why do i pay for uncapped but I cant even just open facebook on my pc?!!</p> <p>Absolutely Pathetic!!!</p>
