Uncapped being throttled to 0

I have had my 3gb since 2012. I always know when I reach the 3gb I get shaped or throttled to a slower yet manageable speed. I can connect my phone via wifi and I can do my work with it but since last week I can't even open Google. I tried calling from my MTN number, being cut off then trying from my own Telkom number and after numerous attempts finally got through. Then being transferred, lines cut etc someone gave me a number for thw coverage dept.

Called them, again spoke to a gentleman who put me on hold juat to end up yet again at a new operator. He then confined that there is an issue with all the uncapped lines and the throttling. It is being throttled too much and their techs are working on it. Its been more than 5 days and it has not been sorted.

I think they want us to cancel. No feedback, no followup - nothing!
