Unblocking of my sim card

My line was Blocked paid mtn so they can unblock my number i could not get helped its been a week on trying to call mtn department they can even help me they have been transferring me from one department to the other department i could not get assistance at all im so disappointment i spoke to tshepang from collection she just transferred me to the other department i spoke to monono still she couldnt help from epic department

I am busy trying to call again still no one from mtn answered their phone
