Unblock my router and advise on how to make payments except from cash

Good day, I have a contract with mtn whereby i took a wifi router,ever since the lockdown has started,i tried to call them to make payments arrangements as I'm paying with cash at the branch,but no one is willing to help and now they have blocked my simcard/router . Please advise on the matter as i really need to use my router.
