UNBLOCK MY PROFILE
I have a cellphone contract with Mtn that was blocked last year 2017 because of outstanding balance and the account was handed over to attorneys, my number is blocked and recycled to someone else. This year on the 20th of January I have settled my account with the attorneys of which they have sent me a letter of settling which I then forwarded it to MTN so they can clear my profile. Its almost two months now waiting for this *********** staff to just clear my profile from legal. I have tried to get hold of the Team leader for the number 808 but it seems like these people are not taking their clients request serious. these are some of the ref numbers from the calls ********** 50 ********** 87
