UNBLACLISTING ON HOLD

My phone was ****** I got it back and I contacted MTN, I also send all the documents through that was necessary to un blacklist the device. The agents has been sending me back and forth I am still waiting and has been waiting for almost two weeks. I use the phone for my business on a daily basis so I am really depressed. Please can some one with enough customer care experience call me with this matter.
