UNBLACKLISTING OF CELLPHONE
I LOST MY PHONE LAST YEAR AND LATER DISCOVERED IT. I SENT DOCUMENTATION TO MTN FAX NUMBER *** AS REQUESTED BY THEIR CALL CENTER AGENT ON THE 8/07/2015 AND TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT BEEN ASSISTED. I HAVE BEEN CALLING ALMOST EVERYDAY TO BE TOLD TO CALL AGAIN LATER THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REQUEST FROM THE DURBAN BRANCH. I AM VERY UPSET AND WONDER HOW LONG I WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO BE ASSISTED.
