Unbelieveable!!!
Good day.<br> After numerous attempts (Since November 2014!) - to understand why we have to pay a fee to fix our Sony Experia V's Charging unit, we are still unsuccessful. After they told me at the MTN depot in Checkers Fleurdal, that there will be no fees because the phone is still under the 6 month warranty , if that does not cover it, the insurance we took will cover it..<br> <br> Not one of the 100 people i was put through can assist?<br> <br> I assume that the phone has not been repaired,if so do not repair.<br> Please also send me a physical address for collection as well.<br> Cannot believe this pathetic service!
