Why is it soo stupendously difficult to reach someone in retentions via the call center? All I am told is they don't field calls and work via email. All fine and well, but then come back to me with proper answers!<br> B.) Why has the handest value been upped from R9800 to R12100?<br> C.) No mention is made of the request for credit, or why it was requested. Whats up with that, or was it simply a marketing stunt intended purely for viewing on Hello Peter?<br> <br> I am totally and utterly disgusted with the customer service I have received regarding this. I have been trying desperately to move myself off the MTN network due to the escalating costs, with no success.<br> <br> Can someone with some authority from MTN PLEASE contact me!!!<br> <br> I am begging you guys!!!
