Unbelievably bad!!! New level of bad service!!!

I am just going to say. MTN... To call you useless, I just can’t.... It will be such a massive insult to useless, and everything useless. Firstly get a human again in on your call center and get rid of the **** AI/Automated system you have running now. Train the staff at your stores better and give the franchises access TO EVETRYTHING. Being told everywhere I go, that my profile cannot be opened from their system, because I am noy directly their client, is BULL. O and for the record this stems from this issue....:
