Unbelievable ! since December 2016 still not resolved ??

<p>Since our first post in January 2016 regarding our account that was paid up with mtn we today still have no resolve from MTN</p> <p><br />We still do not have the use of our services and the call centre still cannot help even after daily calls <br />The legal department who responded to Hellopeter once privately and assured me this issue would be resolved and today still no service and no resolve</p> <p>What does one have to do to get this sorted out have they become so big that the condition or level of customer service no longer matters “it’s just one customer”</p> <p><br />Please can somebody advise as to what to do ?</p>
