Unbelievable, Pathetic service from MTN online

I app**** for a wifi router online, they deliver the router to my house, It just would not work,no internet nothing, their call center staff are not helpful at all, the ones at their stores , are worse. 17 days into the month I decided to give the router back to their store. I paid R834 to initiate the month to month contract, it's been 4 months now,they have not refunded my money. I sent proof of payment, and proof of banking details as requested, but nothing, pathetic service from MTN.
