Unbelievable pathetic feedback

I have no words!!! Every week a send through a complaint and it still has not been sorted out.<br> Both *** & *** state my situation will be sent through to management and be sorted out urgently. Its been weeks again and still nothing. <br> <br> Phone me and sort this out. My phone needs to be repaired urgently. I pay for a service and you have to provide that service. <br> <br> I don't wan't a message again stating that you will see into this matter. PHONE ME AND BOOK MY PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS!!!
