Unaware of Postpaid Contract Expiration
My Postpaid contract got Expired in May and no one from MTN contacted me regarding contract expiration and I have been paying 370 ZAR extra every month Since May as it is out of contract. Some one Should contact customer regarding Contract upgrade or intimating about expiration Now paid 1000 ZAR extra with out any extra benefits.
