Unavailability of advertised stock

I have been waiting in excess of 1 month for a Samsung Note 4. There is apparently no stock available from the warehouse. In the latest advertising brochure the Note 4 is offered with a free cover as a Valentine special. I contacted the store manager this morning on *** regarding this matter. He was very unhelpful and told me that he did not have the authority to contact the warehouse regarding stock as it was a security risk. I find this level of service from one of the BIG 2 Cellphone companies totally unacceptable. Surely someone somewhere can at least give me an approximate date as to when I will be helped.
