Unauthorized UPGRADE
MTN AND MOBILE PLUS they upgraded my account without any consent.
I have been going around in circles since February 2019 for them to rectify THEIR mistake but nothing. Every time the buck gets passed and im told they are waiting for feedback ?? What feedback ? Mobile plus upgraded without consent easy as that, its ***** !
Can someone at MTN please help me !!!!?????????
