Unauthorized subscription to MTN Play airG and MTN Play Harvest Frenzy

<p>I received two SMSs one stating I am subscribed to MTN Play airG at R2/day and one welcoming me to MTN Play Harvest Frenzy billed at R1/day. I have never subscribed to or heard of these "services" before. It is ******* to bill someone for something they never signed up for!</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried unsubscribing using multiple channels (all gave me some form of error):</p> <p>Dialing *123*2# gave me a timeout error.</p> <p>Dialing *141*5# showed I had no current subscriptions.</p> <p>The link to unsubscribe provided in the SMS requested login details to unsubscribe but because I never subscribed I do not have log in details.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is extremely annoying and frustrating. I would like any amount already deducted refunded to me immediately.</p>
