UNAUTHORIZED SIM SWOP
<p>MTN did a SIM SWOP on my number without my consent, request or authorization. I received an SMS about a SIM SWOP REQUEST received for my number i ignored theSMS thinking its a HOAX. I wake up this morning trying to make a phone call, number is out of service there is no network on my phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely ****ed off, I try to contact their 173 using another cellphone - as usual no answer just HELD on and ON until some Contact Centre Agent decided to cut my call as usual. I WANT MY SIM CARD REACTIVATED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.</p>
