Unauthorized sim card insurance.

MTN. Please refund my money. I have been following up for over 3 months. I was put on cell phone insurence without my concern for a Wi-Fi router sim card. A simcard that goes with the wifi router?, how is that. I have been following up for over 3 months now. They haven't refunded me until now. No one is saying anything. I am tired of sending emails to different people.
