Unauthorized Products & Giving you bank details to other companies
I was recently phoned by a MTN sales agent about this wonderful contract that they wanted to offer me at MTN, I'm currently using CellC but felt bad for the agent and decided to listen to what he offers and the offer was so amazing R89 p.m then I get R110 airtime and 2GB data and a Huawei phone this was to good to pass up and I signed up listening to all the stuff he has to say, I was so impressed that I even wanted to tell my friends about this great offer, but believe it or not within a few hours I received 3 emails from companies unknown to me: Luno,Tracetech & Sossquad notifying me I am now subscribed to their services and that my account will be debited on the 1st. I phoned them and was advised that MTN activated this for me and cost R55,R55,R39 respectively wow without telling me about this, and MTN giving my banking details to this company...that is unacceptable I obviously cancelled the services immediately, but they still debited my account today, and yes I definitely cancelled the whole MTN thing...please BEWARE check your bank accounts !!!!
