Unauthorized numbers on my account

4 new numbers were added on my MTN account without my approval. After numerous Police and MTN visits a ticket has finally been logged. It is now day 4 of the investigation and not yet a comment from MTN. I need to phone them and find out that it will take up to 2 weeks! This is crazy, for simply checking if i have authorised it or not. When I want to simply upgrade my contract I need to provide proof of residence, 2 different IDs grandma's name, dog's date of birth, etc. But when I log a complain about numbers being added on my account MTN cannot provide me with details of what went wrong!
