Unauthorized items on my account.
After un upgrade to the same/similar contract, my account hiked from R500-R600 to R1700-R1900. I then investigated the issue and saw that \MTNCHOICE200"all of a sudden appears on my account as well as other anomalies"

We have now perused your account, specifically the ME2U transfers and we see the transfers are being done to a data number ending with 4898
We do see that you make frequent use of your voice call service as you exceed your monthly 200 anytime minutes and the additional charges is added to the account. We've now sent you itemised billing reports for the month's of September, October & November 2015.
