Unauthorized Deduction - MTN
I bought my phone in June 2018 as an upgrade and i signed a contract confirming that i will be paying 279.88 every month. I advised the Consultant at ****arney Mall that i dont want any extra airtime or more usage. as im happy to buy my own airtime after depleting my contract benefits
yesterday i was debited 526,95 for the usage that was increased without my consent or knowledge, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE . I WANT MY MONEY BACK
The consultant from the customer care was also rude and note helping
